Welcome to our first ‘new’ issue!

With this issue, we welcome you to a great new medium that can be read either as a hard copy (paper), or online from the Club’s website.

We have had a fantastic year. Some of the highlights have been: A new World Record was set at our range in Benchrest Shooting! Competitions in both

High-Power Rifle and Bullseye Pistol have been formed. Grants have been applied for to assist in the building of a new Range Control/Storage building. Cleanup is still occurring on an on-going basis.

As the new year starts, I’m stepping down as president, but I look forward to seeing you there on the range! Come down and join us for great shooting.

Text Box: The annual membership we had for 2006 was 343. With new activities being planned and potential growth being looked at, we anticipate an increase in memberships in the coming year. Memberships are still available at the Village Sport Shop in Lydonville, Rick’s Gun Shop in East Burke, and St. J Hardware in St. Johnsbury. Additionally, memberships can be obtained from most of the directors and the officers of the Club. With the Caledonia Forest and Stream Club, we have one of the best shooting facilities in the entire Northeast Kingdom, probably in Northern Vermont and Northern New Hampshire! We receive many praises and comments on our ranges. Make sure you get your membership early. That helps the club make future plans for the year by knowing how much we have to put toward projects.
